Booking & Service Policy

By booking any service with Dubai Makeup Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after availability is approved by our team.

  • A confirmed booking means the requested date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

  • Once confirmed, our artists block that time and may decline other clients.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our services and time commitment, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Same-day cancellation:
    ➝ 100% of the service amount will be charged

  • Cancellation within 48 hours (2 days):
    ➝ 50% of the service amount will be charged

  • Cancellation within 7 days:
    ➝ 20% of the service amount will be charged

  • Cancellation more than 7 days in advance:
    ➝ No charge

⚠️ Cancellations must be communicated clearly via WhatsApp or the official contact method used during booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If a reschedule request is made within the cancellation windows above, the same charges may apply.

  • Repeated rescheduling requests may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Delays & Timing Disclaimer

  • Dubai Makeup Studio provides VIP mobile services, which may involve travel to hotels, homes, or venues.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, distance, road closures, hotel access rules, security checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we always plan carefully and leave early, minor delays are considered normal and acceptable for on-location services.

  • Delays do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate location details, hotel name, room number (if applicable), and access instructions.

  • Ensuring timely access to the venue.

  • Informing us in advance about any building, hotel, or security restrictions.

Failure to provide correct information may cause delays or cancellation without refund.

6. Payment Policy

  • We accept CASH ONLY.

  • Full payment is due on the day of service, before or immediately after the service is completed.

  • No credit cards, bank transfers, or digital payments are accepted unless agreed in advance.

7. Service Scope & Expectations

  • Makeup and hair services are delivered based on the agreed package and consultation.

  • Inspiration photos are welcome, but final results may vary depending on skin type, hair texture, lighting, and environmental conditions.

  • Touch-ups, additional looks, or extra services not included in the original booking may incur additional charges.

8. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us in advance of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

  • Dubai Makeup Studio is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

  • Hygiene and professional-grade products are always used.

9. Force Majeure

Dubai Makeup Studio shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe traffic incidents

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue access limitations

  • Emergencies or unforeseen events

10. Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a booking with Dubai Makeup Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
